Venue: Johnson Ranch Racquet Club, 2600 Eureka Rd., Roseville,CA 95661.  Club phone is 916-782-2300.  Directions from I-80 exitEureka Rd – takeEureka Rd toE. Roseville Pkwy – club is on the right. 

Sanction: ITF Future Series Entries must be postmarked no later than May 25, 2011.   Players can register online at www.usta.com.  The tournament ID is  508328212. 

Entry Fee: Tournament entry fee is $45.00 and includes entry to tournament play, beverages, meals and player gift.  Breakfast & lunch are included each day, and dinner on Friday and Saturday. The charge for guest meals for the full weekend is $40.00 per guest.

Raffle: All players will be entered into raffle for some great prizes including a Kindle Fire, digital camera, Blu-ray player and many more!  Additional tickets can be purchased at the tournament prior to the Saturday night banquet.

Prize Money:  Prize money will be awarded to finalists in both Single and Doubles in the open division.  Total prize money of $2000 will be awarded and distributed. 

Rules: ITF and USTA rules will be in effect for this tournament.  USTA Officials will be at the tournament site.  Matches will be regular scoring with the best 2 out of 3 sets with a 12-point tiebreaker played at 6 games all (at director’s discretion).  The tournament ball used will be Penn. 

Check-In  All players must check in to the tournament desk 15 minutes before their scheduled matchtime.  Players will be defaulted 15 minutes after the scheduled time of match. 

Consolation Round: Players not advancing to the second round will automatically be entered into the consolation round unless player notifies the tournament director that they do not wish to continue in singles.

Airport Transportation:Players flying into Sacramento International Airport and requesting transportation to and from the tournament/hotel must contact Jay Byrn with their flight schedule prior to arrival. Email byrn916@comcast.net with arrival and departure information.
